Our client, a leading insurance firm based in mid-Africa, is recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of this role will be to ensure the company meets its current and future business objectives in line with Board Policies through the development, implementation and review of appropriate strategies and policies. Specific responsibilities will include:- Corporate strategy formulation (strategic planning), Business development and retention, Customer relationship development, Corporate governance, Risk management, Enhancement of corporate image and Human resource management. Required qualifications and experience include an MBA or Masters degree, an insurance qualification and membership of a recognised professional institution in addition to relevant experience at senior management level.
