Our Lloyds Syndicate Client is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to take a lead role in the in developing the Risk Management function, reporting into the Head of Risk. Risk Management is something that is heavily embedded into our client’s culture and seen as an essential function to develop and maintain on an ongoing basis. The role will involve: • Assessing current risk reporting content and processes, making recommendations for improvements. • Lead the specification, development and execution of Risk Management Information and emerging risks. • Develop and champion a long term vision for future risk management information and emerging risks. • Manage and review Risk Matrix and Risk Registers. In order to be considered you will have experience working within the London Insurance Marketplace, a working knowledge of Solvency II and risk modelling techniques, and proactive in driving a Risk Management culture throughout the business.
