Description:

Working closely with the Transformation Lead within this international Insurer, you will assist in establishing the direction, scope and implementation schedule for the Claims transformation programme in Continental Europe aligned with the business strategy. Once agreed, you will support the development, implementation and management of this programme. This will include development of the target operating model, identification of key staff, initial shaping of the programme, establishing the programme governance framework, building the team, developing the plans and preparing the business cases that will underpin all the program initiatives. You will also ensure programme execution, delivery of planned outcomes and benefits realisation. The successful candidate will be a proven deliverer of business change, transformational change and large programmes with a business and IT background. Previous claims experience is advantageous and ideal but not essential. You will have demonstrated commercial acumen in large corporate complex environments and possess good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowePoint etc. Knowledge of additional European languages is highly advantageous.
