Underpinning the success of the business is their technical underwriting capability, and opportunities have arisen with both the Casualty and Property teams. The focus will be on corporate business and the individuals will play a significant role in pricing strategy and so must be able to demonstrate significant technical knowledge gained in an insurer environment. Although predominantly internally focused there will be a good amount of Broker contact, particularly when setting up new scheme arrangements, and so strong interpersonal skills will also be of benefit.
