Leading LloydтАЩs syndicate has a requirement for a Business Analyst to join their Quality Management Team. Required Knowledge and Qualifications include: Minimum 5 years Insurance experience, preferably within the LloydтАЩs Market (LLMIT / ACII highly desirable), having successfully delivered a range of initiatives on the business / operational side; Knowledge of coverholders, service companies and other delivery models desirable; Experience with transactional insurance systems such as IRIS is essential; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts; Demonstrable experience of stakeholder requirements analysis and implementation management; Ability to work independently; Strong analytical skills required; Ideally educated to Degree Level and knowledge of European languages such as French, German, Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous as some travel may be required to overseas offices.
