This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing insurance brokers who has grown to be one of the largest and most influential providers of insurance products to the Commercial SME market in recent years. You will be joining the marketing team at an exciting new stage as it looks to expand its acquisition and brand awareness efforts into new media, as well as developing a more customer focused based proposition by developing a deeper relationship with our existing customers. An enthusiastic and high-calibre individual with eCRM experience is required to join this expanding business in this high-profile role. By developing and running an eCRM strategy that involves working with stakeholders across the business you will define and develop the position. Requisite Experience and Skills: Demonstrable track level of success of running eCRM campaigns; Knowledge and experience of using eCRM tools such as email providers and personalisation software. Desirable but not essential: Experience with Cheetahmail and Omniture SiteCatalyst, Discover and Test & Target. You will have demonstrated a passion for digital media and marketing which means that keeping a track of developments in the industry and being the expert within the organisation is something that you would enjoy. You enjoy getting under the skin of the customer and trying to understand ways to drive deeper, more engaged relationships by using digital media. You will feel just as comfortable on the creative side of the role and facilitating brainstorms within the team as taking a data-driven approach to campaign management and measurement and working with analysts. You will have worked across a wide range of digital media including email & SMS and will be pushing to try new forms of communication as and when the opportunity arises. Strong team-working and collaborative skills are also necessary since this role involves working with functions from across the company. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role underlines the company’s commitment to expanding eCRM and making a success of it within the organisation; Complete responsibility for campaign management of all eCRM campaigns including: Acquisition of new customers by buying and managing lists of data, Increasing engagement of existing customers by working with the community manager and site copywriter, Improving life-time customer value by working with the operations manager to improve renewal rates and minimise cancellations, Working with counterparts at reciprocal organisations to promote our offering across a wider range of audiences; Creation of new campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team, particularly the in-house designer and copywriter; Working with the analysis team to measure the effectiveness of activity and taking a data-driven approach to optimising campaigns and identifying new areas for improvements; Working with the technology team to collaboratively define requirements in order to implement further technology-led solutions to improver our eCRM capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to integrate into an excellent working and social environment within a highly focused team.
