One of the leading Global Insurance and Reinsurance Companies within the London and international market is looking for a new Assistant Legal Counsel to join their London based team. The key elements of the position will be to provide support to the in-house legal team focusing on commercial and insurance related contractual arrangements. The role will see you working within the European Operations and therefore it is essential that applicants have the following experience: - • Legally qualified with experience working within a commercial team within private practice • Strong drafting skills are a must have as well as some insurance and regulatory exposure. • Any data protection/ IP and/or IT experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team known for their expertise not only internally but within the market and will see the successful hire fully integrated in the business and able to develop their legal career.
