One of the leading Global Insurance and Reinsurance Companies within the London and international market is looking for a new Legal Counsel to join their Group Legal team. The key elements of the position will see the successful hire assisting on large projects including commercial contracts, M&A and capital transactions as well as being responsible for their own matters. The role will see you working within the European Operations and therefore it is essential that applicants have the following experience: - • Legally qualified with solid experience either within private practice or in-house working in an international insurer, reinsurer or broker. • Regulatory and insurance experience is essential This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team known for their expertise not only internally but within the market and will see the successful hire fully integrated in the business and able to develop their legal career.
