Our client a leading Insurance Broker is seeking a Client Manager to join their High Net Worth team based in their Hampshire office. The main purpose of the role will be to grow HNW revenues by developing new and retaining existing business; focusing upon efficient acquisition, retention and satisfaction of clients, built upon excellent service and specialist product knowledge. The Client Managers responsibilities will include; informing clients of suitable products, producing quotations and placing cover, negotiating renewals and considering available markets, contacting and converting leads, retaining an agreed proportion of clients, meeting with clients, dealing with claims in a timely manner, producing renewal and MTA quotations and broking and placing cover on behalf of the client. Ideal candidates will hold several years experience performing a dual new business and servicing role within the HNW insurance market and will be CII qualified and preferably working towards ACII.
