Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the market leading Financial Services organisations which is undertaking a significant investment to restructure its Foreign General Insurance entities and to implement SII requirements as per the Directive which comes in to force in 2012. Focusing on the international General Insurance sector, as a Business Analyst with a solid knowledge of ERM, you will assist in the design, build, test and implementation of Solvency II solutions which will support the organisation's status as a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organisation. Successful candidates will have a strong insurance background and experience of working with Risk or Actuarial functions as well as experience of building and implementing requirements for regulatory change (Basel II, MiFid, Sox etc). You will also have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels in a team-orientated environment, e.g. Finance, IT and in particular Actuaries and Risk. Cross cultural working experience in a global team environment, particularly pan-European as well as testing experience using UAT is advantageous.
