Claims Handler – Chester A requirement exists for an individual who has some previous experience in dealing with RTA claims and who is fully familiar with associated terminology. Although not essential, any credit hire experience would be exceptionally useful. Specific duties will include:- Establishing and confirming claim details through investigation of accident circumstances; collating and recording client questionnaires; thoroughly investigating each claim to ensure accuracy of information and verification of facts in order to establish liability; liaison both internally within the claims team and externally with garages, third party insurers, witnesses etc. Interested applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to pick up and apply new skills in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
