Description:

Darwin Rhodes is working with several of the Lloyd's syndicates to attract Solvency II Risk Management Consultants. Candidates will form an integral part of a Solvency II implementation delivery team for the managing agent, focusing on improvements and embedding the risk management framework, including full integration of the capital assessment process. Major responsibilities and accountabilities include enhancing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with Solvency II standards and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) best practice. You will also develop a detailed implementation plan for enhancements to the RMF in accordance with Solvency II timescales as well as enhancing and maintaining a risk governance structure, ensuring oversight and challenge to the management of all material risks facing the organisation. Sucessful applicants will possess a robust understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and Solvency II as well as the ability to implement and maintain an ERM system. You will also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to influence and persuade senior decision makers of the benefits from your particular chosen approach.
