Description:

Due to a recent restructure our client, a highly reputable global reinsurer, has rare opportunity to become a senior member of a small Life Reinsurance team reporting into the Chief Underwriter. Within the team you will be seen as the technical specialist responsible for writing aspects of key accounts and defining how underwriting philosophies meet with product requirements and providing technical underwriting advice to internal and external clients on technical underwriting on a daily basis. As a strong communicator you will be required to develop and participate in seminars, training initiatives and develop and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers real variety and will broaden technical underwriting and client management skills through the hand on approach and flat departmental structure. The ideal person would come from direct reinsurer, although not essential, being team focused and an effective communicator with extensive exposure to the Life and Health sector.
