Description:
This role exists to implement regulatory standards towards licenses for business within Canada. Your role will be to manage control frameworks namely internal Access databases to managing returns, Monitoring Processes and implementing solutions, taking a front seat in strategic changes and market infrastructure reform. You will act on behalf of our client and as such will be a decision maker for submissions of international interest and asses compliance risk, manage budgetary aspects,market bulletins and press communication. It is essential you are familiar with regulatory reporting systems and that you are aware of potential short falls within Licenses for Canada with strong strategic and business analytical skills. The successful candidate will come from a risk orientated environment in a senior position, use to designing and implementing effective control frameworks, communicating with internal, external and outsourced providers. In your current role you will have a proven track record of successful risk escalation strategies and work well under pressure with a flexible approach to work assignments.
