Description:

An exciting position has become available within a leading insurer in the London Market for an experienced Claims Performance Auditor. You will be auditing claims that are outsourced and manage the panel of claims service providers. You will be measured on opportunities to save cost, improvement plans for the suppliers, Compliance and embedding a culture of High Service throughout the claims life cycle with various departments. The other side of this role is to manage a personal caseload so you are able to identify and properly escalate gaps in quality service standards. Alongside your core responsibilities you will play an active role in projects carried out to deliver MI and become part of a Specialist Service, acting as the main referral point, working closely with Operation Analysts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who can be a team player, work well under pressure, posses a natural eye for detail with the necessary disciplines to produce quality reports and act as a confident communicator. You may also have a project management background but it is essential you are currently auditing claims both internal and outsourced.
