A leading general insurance subsidiary is continuing their growth plans by recruiting for an Agency Manager specialising within the Motor sector. An excellent opportunity to join a well established Agency Management team for an individual with strong experience within Motor Underwriting. Although this is essential as you will be solely working with agencies in this sector, either Personal Lines or Commercial experience will be considered. Excellent organisation and communications skills are required coupled with strong evidence of an analytical and evaluation background. The successful individual will have portfolio development and management experience. You will be responsible for coordinating the audits related to assigned agents, implementation of subsequent action plans and the profitability of the assigned agencies.
