A leading Global Insurance Broker is seeking Corporate Branch Directors to develop and lead branches based throughout the South East Counties. The main responsibilities of this role include; building a profitable, sustainable growing business with high profile and reputation, delivering excellence in client relationship management including retention and growth of existing accounts, delivering a fully compliant and regulatory service to all clients, driving and working with the business development teams to achieve growth for the region and branch through new business opportunities, working and meeting with company leaders in setting strategies and direction and to be the face of the company in the local market and region. This role will offer individuals an exciting, progressive and challenging opportunity to build upon a successful region and manage staff at various different levels /job titles and provide the individual the flexibility to use their entrepreneurial skills. The ideal candidates suitable for this opportunity will hold several years of insurance experience with proven expertise in people management and motivation, client relationship management within the mid and corporate market and experience of working within a competitive business development environment.
