Our client a leading independent insurance broker is seeking an individual to join the US Upstream Energy team as a senior level Account Handler. The role will be to support the account handling and broking team in the day to day handling of accounts and to provide prompt, accurate and efficient service to clients and markets. This opportunity will involve a number of varied duties which include; the servicing of new and existing clients, promoting the companies brand, preparing policy wordings, attending client meetings, liaising with underwriters, negotiating terms and wordings, preparing presentations, reviewing submissions from producers, ensuring FSA requirements are adhered to and being a technical point of reference for the team. The ideal individual for this role will hold several years experience within the Upstream Energy market and will have the ability to build excellent internal and external relationships as well as being commercially aware and focused.
